It does handel 3 people. Does not have a furnace. I use a Mr. Buddy and it works great.

Seriously. This is one badass rig with everything addressed for the 6.0. Super rare and functional transformer layouts don't come up for sale often.

Seems like the biggest turn off for people is the lack of a heater. I've never really needed one here in California and the trip I did to Oregon in October, where the temps were around 10-12 at night, a Mr Buddy did just fine. A heater could be easily installed. There is lots of space for one.
