Solid looking rig you've got there. I'd recommend adding if any bulletproofing measures have been done to the engine. Can't imagine you'll have to wait long for the offers to come...

I was looking at this van when you bought it. Isn't that a $15,000 price increase?? Did you do a bunch of work to the van? I'm still looking, and this is a nice one, just trying to understand your pricing.

Thanks Steve. We love it and had a blast on our trip. We personally didn't do any bulletproofing and the previous owner didn't indicate whether any had been done. If there is an easy way for us to pop the hood and determine whether anything was done though please let us know and we can check.

The van wasn't wasn't listed for $15,000 less when we found it so i'm not sure where that number came from, but we did pay more since there was another bidder involved. All of that being said, we feel the price is fair for the features and condition. Let us know if that isn't the case though (hopefully not since we would have overpaid then).

Many here will tell you that not having the bulletproofing done on the 6.0 will make it unsalable at your current asking price, unless sold to a buyer that has no awareness as to the issues of the 6.0. If it has been done, get the documents. Many of us would want to look it over in detail if considering your rig.

I have one (2006 6.0), bulletproofing done and I still had issues that cost me $$$$$ to fix.

I remember seeing this one for sale some time ago. Nice rig. Good luck with the sale.

The previous owner told me there had been no bulletproofing done to the truck. I was thinking maybe these owners did the work, but it doesn't sound like it.

The woman we bought the van from didn't have any done, but she wasn't sure if the original owner she bought it from had done anything. We have a lot of paperwork documenting everything done to the van and don't see anything about bulletproofing so we doubt any has been done. If there is something we can visually check to verify we are happy to do so.
