Hey Guys,

I'm considering Ebay and the SMBW site as my next advertising options. Any thoughts on either of these? Especially from those that have bought or considered used.

Thanks

Steve

We bought ours off the SMBW site. It was a pleasant experience. We dealt directly with the seller once we got the phone number from Lynn at SMB. It may get you more noticed, i don't know. They do take a commission i have been told. I would pick whichever is cheaper, ebay or smb. Both will have more eyes looking at it.

$1000 to list on the SMBw site.

I don't think a lot is moving right now. Even with gas coming down not as many buyers are out there. There is one that looks like a flip attempt sitting out there, so some owners are definitly dropping the prices enough to attract opportunists.

The other problem is here you have lots of dedicated SMB owners and fans- while there are serious buyers here, your exposure is definitly limited.

I'd try craigslist and any other free avenues, include photos and hope you'll find somebody who is ready to buy.

Additional Options

Going over the van with a prospective buyer today, we noticed that the Electric Penthouse Top was not listed. Oops! Also the cab window bug screening was left out.
