Arghhh. Can't fault economics, but it's always kinda a bummer to see sweet rigs that are sold for a great price....only to end up getting flipped a few weeks later.

Not sure what it sold for a couple weeks ago, chromenomad's asking price was $25k....
....but here she is again, now $32,000:

-----------------------------------------------

2006 GTRV Ford E250 Low Miles, Loaded - $32000 (Centennial, DTC area)

2006 GTRV Ford E250 Low Miles, Loaded

2006 ford e250 econoline
VIN: 1FTNE24L86DA42473
condition: like new
cylinders: 8 cylinders
drive: rwd
fuel: gas
odometer: 44000
paint color: white
size: full-size
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
type: van
Unfortunately for us, we are selling our GTRV made by (GTRV).

It's a pop up camper, campervan, minimalist live aboard, mini RV.

I will list the major items I can think of, but i'll likely miss a few items so email and I'll try to answer any questions you have.

Here are the major features, options:
- Super low miles, 44,xxx
- New tires
- All fluids recently flush and changed
- Tow package
- Smart phone compatible radio, Pioneer AVH-4100NEX, capable of displaying your phone's GPS and utilizing voice commands.
- H top style versus the V top installed on most GTRV's giving you much more room to stand or sleep.
- Sleeps 4
- Couch makes to bed
- sink, stove, water pump, water heater, external shower
- curtains on all windows, screens, screen cover for door, privacy curtain for night around front windshield.
- Stability hitch attachment for windy nights or to keep the van from rock'n while parked.
- Clean, clear, title in hand.
- Awning
- Refrigerator
- Full propane tank
- Fantastic fan with thermostat to open when hot and close if it rains.

If you spend a little you can have a Sportsmobile or Quigley similar vehicle for thousands less.
For $11,000 in Utah - Advanced 4x4 will convert this to AWD / 4x4
Ford 4x4 Van Conversion - Advanced 4X4 Vans

I looked forever to get find this and now cannot keep it. RV Trader has one comparable with almost triple the miles, an older and smaller body. Otherwise there really aren't any available.

GRTV is now making these on some of the similar vans, but they will not get as good of mileage.

You will not be disappointed with this van. I drove it home from the east coast and it handles like a new vehicle. Much of the interior shows zero usage.

This bummed me out because it was an hour from my house and really interesting, but I was in Austria when it was posted. Otherwise I would have been all over this. I like the full pop top vs the v-top.

Also, assuming the new owner paid $25k for it, flew out to PA, drove it home and paid for gas, etc., paid tax on the purchase, registered it, etc., it's not that much of a price differential.

Yeah I guess? Still....that's $7k.....
(And If he's savvy and never registers it in his home state in his name, only has the *last guy* sign the title over to whomever he flips it to, then he skips paying taxes...)
