On the Title (which was issued in Colorado), it is listed as a "2006 Ford SPO" with no designation of class. However, on the Vehicle License Renewal (registration) it is listed as a "2006 Ford Motorhome". Hope this helps...

coloradocruiser - from one of the Pic's you included initially, it looks like you have one of the RV stickers on the rear of the van (just below the driver side rear brake light assembly). If it is then there should be a registration number stamped into it, and for many Insurance companies this helps document the vehicle is a "class B" & not just a "conversion van"...may help a prospective Buyer obtain RV Insurance and possibly partial financing

That's actually a pretty good deal for an ARP headstud. It appears to me the labor was reduced in favor of part's markup. Especially with regards to the nearlyt $3k "turbo system" whatever that means.

ARP headstuds requires engine removal out the front so all the front end stuff is coming off. That's upwards of 20+ hours of labor, maybe more.

To answer a few more questions that have been coming in:
* The upper bed in the Penthouse measures 42"x72"
* The lower bed when folded out measures 52"x72"
* There are no rust issues. There is some surface rust on the undercarriage but no cancer. It is clean on that end.
