So, not to be a complete idiot, but with that many miles on the rig, is $12K a reasonable asking price even with the 4x4?

From my perspective, that much mileage informs the buyer to be prepared-for/not-surprised-by repairs and maintenance costs ($ + pita)... my rig has 185K and I've long-ago quit being surprised at the "popup" costs.
On that particular rig, I'd be curious about the origin of the conversion, and at level of maintenance it has had.
... I'm thinking' it is more like a "asking $9995, OBO" type project
