I asked the seller and he/she stated all work was done by SMB. I'm not an expert, but this doesn't look like a SportsMobile mod. Do they do work like this?
Anything's possible.. But that sure don't look like no Sportsmobile I've ever seen. Maybe seller doesn't realize Sportsmobile is a brand name.. i.e. yeah, it's kleenex.
Not many interior pics to go by, but I agree that it's not typical for an SMB build. I guess someone could have special ordered a wood paneled interior? Why you'd want to take a modern vehicle and go with a retro interior, I don't understand.

The sportsmobile north sticker looks spot on for what I have on my van. I am sure that could be replicated pretty easily but I agree this is an interesting setup.
Looks like part of it is OEM SMB: the windows, side wall paneling, and dinette/seats look like typical SMB woodgrain (similar to what is in my van). My guess is the owner then added the pine tongue/grove board cabinets and whatnot after SMB did a basic build.
