My 2004 E-350 that I bot two years ago needs new pads, at least.
Does anyone know what a reasonable price would be for the work?. It's a Salem Kroger 4x4 conversion.

On our vans it's a very easy process to swap pads and rotors if need be.
See if you can get your hands on a book or video to show you how.
I personally wouldn't pay anyone to do my brakes.

It's going to run $300 to $400 labor to replace pads and rotors. Just pads somewhat less. You might consider a brake fluid flush and get new fluids in there.

Like the others said it shouldn't be too bad, just know the front axle information so they can order the correct parts. Also keep in mind that depending on your needs a brake booster and vacuum pump can quickly run up the estimate to well over $1000...or youtube has some great insight and an excuse to buy more tools!
