Can you help me determine value of my Sportsmobile?

There is water damage to some of the cabinets and in the the veneer of the pop top roof in the rear. It was pretty difficult to photograph adequately today because it is so rainy and dark. I really couldn't get a good representative photo of the damage. By and large the vehicle seems in pretty good shape and I forgot to mention earlier that it has a new engine (2007 Courtesy Ford). The new engine has about 5,000 miles on it.

Any SMB cabinetry that has been within a mile of water delaminates and fails. I’m your climate I’d say it’s still in good shape, though I can’t see the top damage.
Brand new engine from Ford? $14k obo and jump at an offer of 12.

There’s a similar 1995 with more
miles listed in CL in Corvallis for $18k, as a comparison. That’s a bit optimistic IMO.
