Beware of salvaged vehicles regardless of how good they look. Always remember a salvaged vehicle has $0 value. It may have value for parts but an insurance company determined it would cost more to repair than it's actual value. The prior owner was paid it's actual value and the insurance company retained ownership. It was then sold to a salvage company. It was not rebuilt by the insurance company.There is no way to verify the quality of the rebuild.You may be unable to insure a salvaged vehicle properly in your state. If you try to resell it remember, the salvaged title stays with it forever. A California Van with a salvaged title being resold in another state.???????
With that said it will be interesting to see what this van sells for.

and it has only been driver 1 mile since purchased in ca, salvaged, repaired, and put on ebay?

I sent your information to the auctioneer on the EBAY auction site and asked him to stand by his product and answer with confidence by posting the discrepency of the odometer readings info and post the answer on the auction page for all to read. This will be interesting to see if he has the &^$(*&^ !!!! to do it

why buy someone's else headache?
is there an option for an escape clause, i know of some auto sellers on ebay that allow winning bidders x hours to inspect and withdraw winning bid..

He took the time to answer the odometer issue on the Q & A portion of the auction page. Most of his feedback Hx is decent, but man, those who werent happy........ooooh dog, hang on for a rough 10 rounder!

Wow,
This van with a salvaged title sold for $36,000! Unbelievable!! If it hadn't had a salvaged title it still would have only been worth about $45,000.
I'm in the wrong business. Buy it from the insurance company for 10 cents on the dollar and resell it after paying maybe $3k or $4k for parts to repair the front suspension. Be interesting to know how it's doing after a few miles.
