For Sale: 2003 SMB Agile 4x4 7.3 Diesel Penthouse Top

As you all know, sometimes I buy and sell vans. This one I bought because I was thinking of making a change.. I love my 7.3, but the Agile 4x4 is so much better than the Quigley, and I'd really like a 'walkthrough' design, and a shower. Anyway, I've decided I can't part with my Quigley, largely because I've spent the last three years making it awesome, and the thought of selling it makes me a bit sad.

So, this one is for sale:

2003 Sportsmobile
Agile 4x4
7.3 Turbo Diesel w/130k
Onan 2500W generator
indoor hot shower
rear A/C
Aluminess bumpers
penthouse
$74900

One year rare paint color (only 2003), that, depending on light, looks silver, gray, charcoal, or almost an olive green. Really cool color.

Near everything is new or rebuilt on this van, I've fixed or replaced everything, no expense spared. New big diesel tank, new penthouse canvas as it had stains, new stainless shower pan, etcetera etcetera. Previous owner was religious on powertrain maintenance, not so much on the RV part of things.

Loads more pictures and details on Craigslist.

Whoa! Nice van. Love that color. That shower would come in handy. Is there a heater or furnace?

GLWS.

No furnace, but has propane and generator, so adding one wouldn't be too difficult.

This rig is just cryin' out for a Propex. The HW2211 (exterior mount model) would be perfect.

Beautiful van. GLWS.

Get your black rattle can paint and some masking tape and fix that hideous white outlet on the passenger side. PM me for address to send my commission check. You're welcome.

Yeah, I couldn't find a direct black replacement and didn't want to paint it as it wouldn't stay.. and then it'd be flaking black paint.

City water inlet and 30A shore power plug were both replaced with new black units, not just spray painted.

Mine never flaked (On Rusty) while I had it. Painting it was one of the first things I did. You'd have to ask the 12th owner if it's flaking yet.

Get good plastic spray paint with plastic paint primer. I have the same outlet and painted it five years ago and it's holding up fine.
