FOR SALE-2005 Ford E-350 EB V10
Hey all, first off, the specs-
2005 Ford E-350 XLT 6.8L V10
3.73 with limited slip
Front/Rear air
Extended body-15 passenger (no rear seats) with dark tinted windows
80,300 on the clock
Super clean, city owned and maintained, runs great, drives and stops straight. Ready for a conversion! There are holes in the body that are plugged from where emergency lights were installed on all 4 quarter panels, a small dent in the rear bumper, and a small dent in the side door below the pop out window, interior seats were removed before I purchased, no rust, super clean undercarriage and engine bay, non smoking, fluids all look clean. Runs great, powerful low millage V10
I recently purchased this in hopes of doing a full build out and offering it up for sale after completion-CCV pop top, 4X4 and interior, I'm just not sure if I want to move forward with the project for several reasons. There are 2 ways I can offer up this van, straight up purchase, buy it as is-
Price-$9500
Or.....and this would be for those of you without the time, knowledge, willingness or proximity in your area to up fitters and taking on such a project. You purchase the van (at a slightly discounted price), I offer consultation and guidance on systems and features you may want or need and I oversee the transformation of the van at my local area up fitters with frequent updates and photos of progress and make sure everything is being ordered, executed and installed properly, either at CCV or Boulder Offroad or a combination of the 2 based on your intended uses, layout, design and specs on equipment installed. In turn for overseeing the project to completion and to your satisfaction, upon local pickup, I would in turn receive a percentage based on the overall buildout.
Price-$TBD

And don't forget this van has the Torqshift 5R110 tranny behind the V10! Looks like an awesome deal with plenty of options for someone! GLWS

Yes, thanks for the reminder on the Torqueshift, driving this van around almost makes me want to build it out and keep it for myself and sell our 7.3 SMB.......ALOMOST! Its got the power AND its quiet. I keep going back and forth on whether or not I want to take on the project, not to mention the timeframe and $$ tied up. Yesterday I was ready to let it go, this morning.....a different story, the crazy thing is, my wife is on board with giving it a shot, I've been talking about it for so long, she's beginning to come around! Anyway, I'm a 1/3rd there, I've got the rig! Stay tuned, if I go forward with the build, I will be sure to post up a build thread and progress as we go.
As a side note:If anyone is looking for a base rig to start a project with, I may be able to help find your ride. If it's not this one, let me know what you're looking for and maybe I can help. I am going to auctions and there have been several clean, city/county maintained vans come up, mostly 5.4 V8 passenger/cargo, once in a while one of these V10's rolls across the block.

No, still have it. It's up at CCV, haven't been able to get up there in a bit and we were at Powell/southern Utah last week, not sure if anything's been done yet, have a call in. 4X4 is happening first, I'll be sure to post any updates here, but as of now the project is moving forward.
