Yeah, it does suck. I'm really going to miss this car.

Picked up an '08 Infiniti G35 as my new daily driver. It's not bad, but it's not the same.

If that vehicle was right hand drive and in Australia, you would get $50k!

Magnificent!

Holy crap - just looked at used BMWs in Australia. I'll take $40k! Send the boat!

Interesting that the same model was called the 540i and had the 4.0 liter V8 instead of the 4.8

Nice ride man! I'm trying to sell and e46 wagon and the late model values sure have tanked, but hopefully you'll do better where you are and with what you have.

Re: For Sale: 2008 BMW 550i

My deepest condolences. I don't own a SM, but just a home built 2006 Ford RB. I go back and forth about selling my 73 BMW 2002 and my 2006 van in order to fund the purchase of a SM. Prices on the 2002 are way up and I think I could do pretty well. But my wife gives me grief about selling the 02.

Good luck with the sale.

I'm in a unique market, indeed.

Don't sell your 2002 unless you absolutely have to. That's the coolest BMW ever! I love those.

Re: For Sale: 2008 BMW 550i

I need another car, but I can't justify this one.

I've had one black car, and now living in New Mexico, I can't bring myself to buy another. But if this had a manual transmission, all bets would be off.

GLWS, it's a gorgeous car.
