We are the original and only owners of this van. We purchased it new in March of 2010 so the 3-year or 36,000-mile Basic Limited Warranty began then. It has 9,824 miles on it.
We had this van professionally converted into an RV by Sportsmobile in Huntington, Indiana and thus it has the entire shore power hookup, electrical 110 and 12 volt system with inverter/power converter and battery charger with two deep-cell 100 amp batteries.
It has an interior height of 75 inches. It sleeps at least 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. The cushions have custom-made removable covers and there are seat belts for four passengers on the 75 inch long seat. The gaucho/bench folds into a bed 45 inch wide and is covered in ultra-leather. The platform bed sections are both 38 inches by 69 inches making the bed 76 inches by 69 inches. The platform bed sections are covered in vinyl matching the gaucho/bench. The sections can be stacked or removed entirely to have over 6 feet of cargo space in the rear.
The refrigerator is 2.7 cubic ft. and opens to the outside. There is a 10 gallon black water tank for the marine toilet and a 10 gallon gray water tank for the shower and sink. There is a 4 gallon hot water heater. The freshwater tank is 20 gallons. The solid surface counter top covers a cabinet with two drawers and the toilet/shower pan. The counter top over the toilet/shower pan lifts and attaches to the wall of the van when the toilet or shower is in use. The shower curtain snaps to the ceiling and shower pan when in use.
There are day/night shades on the rear windows and the side tinted T window. Individual LED lights surround the interior. There is a built-in safe bolted to the frame. There are two deluxe, 3-speed Fantastic attic fans with thermostats and rain sensors. There is no propane system. A portable butane stove is included which allows for indoor or outdoor cooking. Custom made light blocking and insulating privacy curtains can be used to separate the sleeping area which can be heated by a ceramic heater which is also included. There are custom-made sunshades for slider, rear, all cab windows and windshield. Sprinter vinyl exterior cab window cover is included. Custom cab window screens are included. One tripod base and two table tops store in the end cabinets next to bench seats.
There are four storage cabinets in the cargo area. The platform bed sections can also rest on top here if so desired. There are two extra 12 volt and 110 outlets in the rear cargo area and an extra 12 volt outlet on the driver's seat base. An adjustable water regulator and an external water filter are also included.
This van was specifically outfitted to be multifunctional as well as light in order to keep the gas mileage up over 20 mpg. The van hasn't been used as an RV since it was purchased in March of 2010 and converted in August of 2010 and it still has the new van smell.
