For Sale: 8 Yakima kayak saddles

For Sale

A total of eight (8) Yakima kayak saddles, enough to carry two kayaks. These saddles attach to roof rack crossbars, which are NOT included in this sale. There are four of the larger straps included, as well as four of the smaller straps. As far as I know, this is everything needed to carry two kayaks, but I do not have any instructions.

I believe these are the Yakima Mako Aero saddles, though I'm not sure (they were included when I bought the SMB from the previous owners). The Mako Aero saddles MSRP is $85/pair, so this setup would cost you $340 if you paid MSRP. They appear to be in good condition.

ASKING $100 (plus shipping).
Can take additional pics of anything if desired.

I can split them into two sets (one set per kayak). I'm not planning on coming to the get together, but I can meet anyone heading south on 101 through Ventura if they are heading to the G2G. Anyone coming through Ventura?

Just send me a check after you receive them.

I'll hold off until we see if anyone's passing thru the Ventura area on their way to the G2G.

Hey Guys,

We plan to head down to the M&G. Our current plan is to leave Friday evening from the Santa Ynez Valley (+/- 1.25 hour north of Ventura). If that works for the pick up I'd be happy to deliver them at the M&G on Saturday. Let me know.

That's great Blackeye. I should have had you pick up our wine shipments too, but we actually just had them shipped recently. Much harder to get up there than it used to be before we had our son.

Let me know what's a good time for you, and if you have a preference for where to meet (Seaward exit, Victoria exit,...).

No more trusting than someone buying something sight unseen. I will say I have had good luck buying things online (forums, eBay,...). Now if that had been your first post and you wanted to buy something, I would want to see some cash first.

Herb,

How about the we meet in front of Starbucks over behind the Chevron at Seaward? PM or email me and I will call you when we pass through Santa Barbara...approx 30 minutes out.

Thanks!
