You need to use a freight carrier that accepts LTL (less than full load) shipments for something like that. I'm not positive, but in the Northwest that might be Lynden. Google "LTL freight" and go from there. If you get stuck, call any LTL carrier and ask them who covers the part of the country you are in.

Very few carriers cover the whole country and you will pay much more if your shipment needs to be transferred between two lines. Old Dominion is one LTL carrier that often can get stuff all the way across the country without needing to transfer.

You might have to build a crate, or you might be able to stack it all on a pallet and wrap it with plastic. Depends on what the carrier wants.

Actually Greyhound is quite reasonable- you have to drop off and pick up at stations, but we've shipped furniture via bus before. There are limits based on the luggage compartment dimensions but it's not expensive, just a hassle.
