How does said tire rack attach to vehicle?
Is the stock bumper included by chance?
Are you located in Santee or Long Beach?

LeadDoggy,

The carrier attaches to the door hinge and to the frame of the Van. It is in Santee Ca. We left the tire rack and the bumper there when we bought our rear Aluminess Bumper. I can e-mail Dave with Aluminess and tell him to save the bumper for you. To answer your question about the stock bumper, it can be included if needed. Thanks for the inquiry!

If nothing else, SMBw must have more stock bumpers than they know what to do with. Free is better, but Fresno would probably be a good backup plan.

Too bad you left rack in Santee. That's a long way from Thousand Oaks. Would be tempted to purchase more if I drove to Santee.

What would shipping be for said rack?

Was just asking about the bumper, not that i need one.
