Help Me Price my SMB!

Hey y'all,
Bought this as a way to play with an interior design I've been drawing and dreaming about for a while. I've never owned a true SMB pop-top vehicle, and I've had a blast camping in it for the last few months, but I'm ready to pass it along. I'm not too sure what to ask for it, so I thought I'd get some opinions before listing it here or locally.

The interior build was done by myself, and has:

175w Solar Panel
Victron Solar Controller and Inverter
210AH Lifeline Battery
SnoMaster 42SS Fridge
Touch-lighting and dimmers throughout
10gal fresh and 10gal grey water tank
A specially designed seating setup that allows for numerous configurations, as well as extending the kitchen/prep area.
Lotsa storage, but I designed it to have no drawers or slides. Just good old last-forever-hinges and some sturdy shelves.

The Van:

1995 Ford E150
Inline 6 cyl. Engine - 166k miles
Runs like a champ
Stock everything else
I'll be putting a new radiator in at some point in the next week or so, as the current one has a hairline crack in it.
No special stereo
Yokohama Geolandar A/T tires are brand new including the spare.

Lemme know what else I should be telling you about it.

Thanks in advance for your time and help!

Not sure what to offer you as far as pricing guidance, but I just had to say ---

-- I LOVE YOUR INTERIOR BUILD

Great hangout and work space, super nice. Really dig what you put together there.
Good luck with sale!

Thanks Mike! I'm super stoked on it too. I literally had drawn this up a couple years ago, and had been waiting for that "perfect vehicle" to execute it. I appreciate your feedback!

Interesting, and I don't really have an input on asking price, but you have a beautiful sense of style on your interior design! I think your biggest limitation on price will be the inline 6.

Pure guess? $15K - $20K.

Thanks Herb!

Agreed on the inline 6. It's a helluva good engine in general, but is definitely less-than-happy on any mountain road. : )

I agree with Mike and Herb. Really cool interior.

Hard to quantify but I would price it in the upper teens and hope for $15k.

I'm thinking:
5k van
5k top
5k interior (probably more worth there but how to quantify?)

Good luck with your next project!

No thanks. Happily vanless.

Not hard to sell these at all.

Advertise here, Expedition Portal, Craigslist, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace and probably 40 or 50 #vanlife forums that have probably popped up.

You're in SoCal, all the better. If you really want it to sell fast for a premium drive towards Portland/Seattle.

Real nice work! Try $15k but be willing to come down. I think you'll end up around $12k.
Does the van have a limited slip rear diff?

Out of curiosity, why the Yokohama Geolanders?
