Looking for a Denver powder coater

I need a dirt bike skid plate powder coated. Anyone have a suggestion where I can get this done cheaply in the Denver Metro? The skid plate only cost $100, but the powder coating quotes I have gotten are around $165 which seems crazy high. I am open to paying a DIYer too. I just want the thing powder coated flat black. It doesn't need to be a pro level job just decent looking. I got a 2'x4' window well cover powder coated for $55 a couple years back through the welder(he has since moved) that made the cover, so I can't imagine that a small skid plate would be too costly.

Any suggestions out there?
