Seriously though, I think it's a lot like a house- people selling will (should) treat a cash buyer more seriously as loans can fall through. Also you can approach any owner with a cash offer, you're going to expect to pay more if it isn't listed- I would seriously deliver my van tomorrow for $120K as much as I love it. In fact, for the right price you could be the proud owner of this forum.
There are plenty of SMBs for sale, here, on the SMB previously owned site, on Craigslist, there are probably some on eBay. I've seen them for anything from $9000 to around $120,000 with options that vary as widely. In addition SMB themselves may or may not have floor models for sale, listed or not.
So you should have a lot of options if you want to narrow the field a bit. Good luck!
