Have had this box sitting around for a while, and am not using it so I'm letting this go. A little too big and bulky for my use, but may work well for someone else. Very well built.
Two handles (one on two opposite sides), and twist cam-lock fasteners on each side. Top section has an interior hinged panel that opens up. Panel could probably be permanently removed (drill out hinge rivets, or cut out hinge) if desired.
