Re: muffpot

Have one on my Bronco (clamped to the exhaust). A couple frozen burritos and a few hours of wheeling, and I have a hot lunch ready for me as soon as I stop.

GLWS.

Re: muffpot

SWEET! Never heard of this before. How does it work? How does it mount to the exhaust? Where on the exhaust do you put it?

Re: muffpot

More years ago than I care to remember I worked in a paper factory. The microwaves of the time were the exhaust manifolds on the jitneys that zipped around. 10 minutes or so would heat up a can of chili nice and hot.

Recently I was thinking about this and wondering if I could set something up on my Provan Astro. Unfortunately the exhaust manifold is buried deeply under the front floor and not even visible let alone usable.

Nice to see old technology making its way back. I imagine factory workers are still warming up their food on the jitney exhaust manifolds around the world.

Re: muffpot

I don't care what this is, I just want one. For $30, who can avoid something called a muffpot?
