What sucks is i just paid $45k for ours with 48,000 on it and a gasser. If only i would have waited a few more months. But then again, good luck getting a loan right now for a SMB. It was hard a few months ago!

A little late (not getting e-mail notifications sometimes), but thanks again Herb for the table offer. When it comes to the kids, they just eat out of their bowls and curl up besides them when they are done. If I scratch them behind the ears, they are content.
Looks like someone ended up with a real nice SMB and on the cheap too. Hell yea I'm jelous.
