Priced Too Low?

Price seems fair to me but as they say "the market defines value". I love the layout and additional captains chair. Is the penthouse manual or powered?

Looks like a really nice van. Price seems about fair to me. I think 49k would break the knee jerk "damn thats expensive response" though. Kinda depends if you need to sell it fast or not. If you have the time I personally wouldn't drop the price much.
