Priced Too Low?

This is my van. Am I pricing it too low at this price?

It is mechanically sound - just given a clean bill of health by the local diesel specialist and in clean shape.

Yep, that's it. The URL is so long that I didn't see the extra http in my address bar.

Well price wise, looks like you've had it for sale for about three weeks, and on Craigslist, and you still have it, so I don't think your price is too low.

Sellers with vans that are underpriced are inundated with emails and calls and the van sells within days.

I can't find it anywhere in the Bend, Oregon Craig's List. The Craig's List link still does not work or the post was removed. However there is a nice 2002 7.3 50 for sale @ $62,000 posted on the site.

This is what has happened. I pulled the craig's ad to regroup a bit. The other local spomo on Craig's at $62k has had only a mild response from potential buyers (so the seller says)...

I see.. well then, I'd say you are underpriced, assuming those calls and emails were real buyers!

Pricing these vans is always tricky, the price can vary 5 figures up or down depending on season, locality, and what other vans are out there...
