Simple, cheap 2000 Dodge 2wd SMB , sale cancelled for now

Testing the waters.....I have a simple, year 2000 Dodge regular length van with the SMB PH top (non-electric), has some cabinets along both sides, a sink (elec. h20 pump, 5 gl h20 tank, waste tank too), an elec. 2 burner stove and small 2 way refer (110/12v), with folding rear couch bed, porta potti, rear bumper hitch storage unit... that I will be putting on the market for about $8900 this winter.....it is a 2wd, with the 318 v-8 (good gas mileage).... A nice simple rig for daily driving and weekend camping, plenty of room for storage...about 78k miles on it.....everything works well (had it fully checked out by my mechanic this summer before our last short trip on it).

To repeat......this is a very simple, AFFORDABLE SMB for someone who has thought about getting one, but who is not sure about spending a ton money to buy their first SMB.

This is a "starter" SMB......it was just that for me, and now we want to get a newer, longer WB, 3/4 ton 4wd SMB.

For anyone thinking about selling their SMB to us who may want to go up to a bigger van, trade down for the simple Dodge or replace their SMB with a great work truck, we plan on selling or trading to any interested party....either of the below (all of which we will sell so we can replace our three campers with the one, expensive SMB!)...

.....a loaded 2007 chevy Siverado half ton 2WD/4WD/AWD pickup, long Bed, extra cab, flex fuel gas 5.3 ltr engine, very low miles (under 30,000), great condition, for @ $20,000,

.....a 2094 Forest River Lexington Class B+ camper van, 21 feet long, fully loaded, under 46,000 miles, for @$24,000,

.....and our 2000 Dodge SMB above.

The plan is to sell/trade all of these, get a newer SMB (replaces the dodge), with 4wd (replaces the truck), fully kitted and converted unit (replaces the B+ van)..

So if any of you are interested, send me a note.... all of these are in AZ (and, yeah, I know, I need to get some pics up soon of the Dodge).

Thanks for the prompt about the need for pics....I agree!

The only problem is I only have an IPAD, the first generation w/out a camera and basically, without the camera there is no way to get pics posted with this tablet.......I do not have a computer.

Both vehicles are in storage for the winter, to complicate issues here, but I should be able to get a buddy to go out to the storage yard and take some snaps of them, and then email them to me to my IPAD.

.......so I will see if I can then figure out how to have them posted here...

All of us are not technical wizards though!

Delay also caused, because , well it's just dang hard to decide to sell one that is this simple and affordable, knowing that I will wind up replacing it with much fancier but way more expensive SMB !

Sorry for typo with year of the Lexington.

It is a 2004 with Chevy chassis, 6.0 ltr engine (best gas mileage is about 13 mpg, but it is a strong engine with tons of power)' has only about 36,000 miles on it.

It is fully self contained with:
Oversized 3 way fridge and freezer,
Onan generator with very low hrs,
Furnace,
Two power vents,
Roof AC,
Hot water heater,
Indoor and outdoor shower,
Stove and microwave,
Steering stabilizer on front,
Dually in rear,
All tires are very good,
Well maintained with frequent oil changes with syn oil,
Article pak heating system for water, waste tanks,

The best thing about this rig is that it is short enough to easily park anywhere
you want to pull over, can turn on a dime and is very, very easy to drive.
