Re: *SOLD*2004 SMB EB50 Diesel 4x4
Sold
What a bittersweet day today. Our "Zombie Killer" will be departing our family to another loving home soon. I know it's just a bunch of glass, metal, rubber and plastic but this rig has truly been incredible. We have spent 186 nights in it in some amazing places in all sorts of weather. We have watched tents blow past us while we ate popcorn and watched a movie, showered after a hike on a sweltering day and been warm and snuggly inside making pancakes and eggs while it's -10 and blowing snow outside.
We are very sad to see it go (my wife cried) but different directions have intervened. I plan on once again delving into the SMB realm as it is an ultimate off the beaten path travel machine.....and it's just plain f*&^%$g badass.
I will lurk here from time to time still to keep in the loop. I greatly appreciate the camaraderie and help many of you have provided since I joined on this forum. Our SMB has many additions, improvements and ideas that I gleaned from here. Additionally some of our travels were spawned from others on this site.
Safe travels to all of you!!
