Re: 2006 E350 5.4L van with CCV PH top. $19K (neg.)

Nope -- it's an E350.

RB-E350 with the 5.4L V8 engine which has been plenty powerful in the Rocky Mountains -- no problems pulling the grades at good speed.

It averages about 15mpg over a long trip (2000 miles to Colorado and back, or Moab and back): mixed mountain and flats, some headwinds, some tailwinds...

Here's another way of looking at the $19,000 asking price: buy $17,000 of CCV and SMB goodies, and get the E350 van with 67,500 miles for just $2000!

'Nother way to look at it is that Kelley says the van alone is worth $10,000
(http://www.kbb.com/ford/e350-super-d...=private-party), so you get $17,000 worth of SMB/CCV goodies for $9000.

Have you spoken to SMB? I would think you would sale it for more then your asking on SMB website.

thanks for posting the video! One correction: Derek says the van is a 2005, but it is, in fact, a 2006.

I'm pretty sure SMB wouldn't be interested in sponsoring a CCV van!
