Re: Camburg 2WD suspension lift
To fit the 2010 kit to an '08 or older van, you would need to order new '09+ radius arm brackets. In '09, Ford finally switched from crappy bushings to heim-joints, which is a big improvement. The other change is the sway bar. Ford went from in-axle bushings, to end links. So.... either an '09+ sway and end-links would need to be ordered (that's what I did) or use an aftermarket Hellwig or Roadmaster sway bar, which bolts to the I-beam so it doesn't matter which year.
There is also a difference in ABS connectors. I think I just swapped my old sensors over. Also new hoses need to be used.
The '09+ axle (including this Camburg-mofied axle) is a big improvements over the older axle, in terms of wear part life, and braking. The brakes alone are worth the swap. (that's why I did it).
BTW - if you have an older van, new ball joints (~$700 for full set installed) + new rotors, calipers, pads ($500) + new sway bar bushings (~$100 installed) + new radius arm bushings (~$150 installed) is not too far off from what he's asking for his kit.
