SOLD: Garmin Inreach Explorer Plus

I picked up an Inreach recently and on the first real trip with it I lost it. I was mountain biking the White Rim Trail in Utah when the unit somehow bounced off of my pack where it was tethered and I didn't notice it was gone until too late. This was in November and I just now got it back due to a good Samaritan that found it and tracked me down. Unfortunately I have already purchased a replacement unit.

So, for sale is the unit I lost. It is pretty much like new and still has the factory screen protector on it. All accessories that it came with are included. Not much but it has the USB cable, carabiner clip and all literature. I called Garmin and the IMEI is valid and I was told it is ready to be registered to anybody. I reported it lost to them soon after I got back. I wiped the device but did not update the firmware since I believe I would need to add it to my account to be able to do that.

How about $300 shipped? I am in San Diego if anyone local is interested. Pictures can be seen here:

Absolutely awesome that someone took the time to find out who the owner was. GLWS.

Agreed! It took some effort to get the information from the device and then to contact me and ship it out. I wanted to send them a gift but they refused. Nice to know there are still good people out there
