SOLD: The Cream Dream. 1989 e250 SMB with a brand new engine.

She's a 1989 SMB that was converted when new by SMB in Texas. 2wd. In really good shape for her age. A fresh remanufactured 351W long block was just installed by the local Ford dealership and it has less than 50 miles on it so far, this was done after a bearing failure in the bottom end. She's currently sitting at 166k miles young. I have a huge stack of receipts going back to the original owner. As far as I know it's been in the west it's whole life.

Recent maintenance:
Brand new engine, hoses, T-stat and front engine cover. It is a Ford reman engine replaced by the Ford dealership
Waterpump for freshwater tank recently replaced
Windshield recently replaced
worn out foam in upstairs bed was replaced with memory foam, much more comfortable now
fuel pump replaced along with fuel tank selector switch (has 2 tanks)
add-a-leaf rear leaf spring to help level out van
rear brakes replaced
ujoints replaced
house battery was replaced with a 100AH AGM battery

The good:
runs great
interior is in really good shape for it's age. we put carpeting down to keep from doing any damage to the factory carpeting
Renogy 100w solar panel w/MPPT controller
Kenwood flip out DVD/CD/NAV unit
has propane tank which fuels a 2 burner stove as well as a heater, both work great
all interior light bulbs replaced with LEDs to reduce battery draw
KC lights mounted to bar on roof for late night exploring down dirt roads
Xantrex inverter for running AC electronics
pivoting captains chairs
couch turns into a bed allowing you to sleep 4
canvas on pop top is in great shape, never leaked or had any issues with it. screens are in good shape as well, no holes or rips.
a front hitch reciever has been addded allowing you to carry bikes, a motorcycle or cooler/storage bins up front
Trasharoo

The bad:
fridge doesn't work. I haven't spent any time trying to get it to work, it could be something simple. I've got a nice Yeti cooler that we preferred instead.
Some of the cabinets have some damage, unfortunately SMB wasn't using actual wood for it's cabinets at this time but instead using particle board. They are all totally functional but some have had to be repaired with glue.

Vehicle is located in Sandy, UT.

I'm thinking $12,500. I do realize this may be a bit on the high side but when you consider that it just cost me $5,000 to put the engine in along with the other upgrades I think that the price is fair.

Yup, just look for this beast (It's currently in St. George getting painted) I live on Kramer just south of 9800, it's the street just east of the fishbowl park where everyone sleds.

great looking rig namesisnight, I'll keep an eye out for it.

price lowered to $10,500. would really love to see this go to a good home and get some use rather than sit in my driveway for the winter.
