i saw craigslist ad 2003 E350 full functioned w generator and roof rack offered 23.9K 58K miles. i saw the same vehicle offered thru PPL motorhomes in Houston for 21.5K over a year ago.

the van sold so ad was taken off. you can do craigslist search.

there are many sales comps out there.

be patient and research the true market value. dont rely on fan club estimates

its amazing. i just keep posting real sales and i can probably show comps for all types of SMBs
