Wanted SMB -- First Post

Hello all,

I have been lurking for awhile, reading all the sage advice and deciding what my wife and I would want in a SMB. Well, I have spotted a possibility that may work but also is not perfect -- so I thought that I would post and see if people were thinking of selling but had not yet posted a SMB that fit the description. (I have checked craiglist, the SMB used site and this forum for the past several months). So -- if you have any thoughts, please holler:

Ford V-10 (not diesel, the wife didn't like)
4X4 is NOT required although I would like it, the extra expense may not be worth it to us
RB50 / EB51 - type plan. We are expecting a daughter and need a car seat. Van plans that have a 3rd captains chair could work too.
Pop Top
Low Mileage -- defined preferrably as ~35k and under
Price range from ~45 to 55k depending on 4X4, options, miles, etc.
Desired but not necessary options include microwave, inverter, exterior shower, heat for water (whether electric or propane), hitch or yakima racks, awning, larger fresh water tank, porta potti

Don't need stove inside, don't need airconditioning, heat would probably be good but may not a deal breaker, and I would love solar but that also may fall outside budget.

I realize, of course, that this is very specific and that if people wanted to sell they would list, but ... I thought that it was worth a post.

Thanks all for listening (or rather reading) and let me know if you have thoughts. This is a first SMB for me, my wife, and our soon to be daughter ... and designed to make our domestic travels fun and out-of-the-ordinary. smile.
