Wanted to Buy

I'd like to buy a Sportsmobile with the following equipment: stove, sink, refrigerator, furnace, poptop, extended wheelbase, 2wd in good condition. I would prefer a Ford with at least this equipment but would consider others with different equipment. The closer to northwestern Pennsylvania (Bradford) the better but I would be willing to travel wherever for the right van. Thanks,

Good start. If you poke around this site you will get a feel for other things to look for. One thing on your list that I would not look for is the built in cook top stove. I have heard that it rattles and takes up top space. We cook with a portable stove outside. Keeps the smoke and smells outside. On cold mornings we can still boil water inside and make coffee and hot cereal. Good luck in your search. oclv

extra long?

When I posted my wanted to buy a SMB ad, I guess I used the wrong term for the longer van. I want the longer van, if possible.
Thanks,
Drew

Yeah EB is extended body but in the Ford has the exact same wheelbase as the RB (regular body). On the Chevy vans the EB actually has an extended wheelbase as well, which means the rear wheel moved back with the body (so to speak).

Confused yet?

Re: Wanted to Buy

Hi Drew,

Here is a link for the van I am selling:
The van has an insulated Voyager Top. This would be good for the four seasons on the east coast.

Let me know if you are interested.
