Wtb 3rd captains chair w/mount and seat belt

Looking for the third seat (captains chair) that mounts behind the front passenger seat where the passenger side cargo door opens up. I have a EB50 if that makes a difference.

Ill need the whole setup , seat, mount, bolts, seat belt and etc.
