WTB: portable grey water tank in San Diego...asap!

Trying to camp at Silver Strand SB this weekend and they won't let me set up my trailer because I don't have a grey water tank. If anyone in or near San Diego has one that I can use (just set up to appease them), please let me know.

Can’t you just use a five gallon bucket?

Will they let you use a Home Depot bucket with a lid on it? Not that I've been in your situation, but in my SMB all I had was a hose outlet that I connected a short outlet hose to and fed that directly into a bucket under my SMB.

These rangers are not allowing the bucket and mid. They want a threaded connection. They said the seal on the lid is not good enough! I'm not even going to use the water but I have to connect to the water and have a grey tank.

Wal-Mart had a blue plastic water tank with a threaded part for the dispenser. We tried to see if a hose would thread into it but it didn't fit. Probably have to figure something outside of the box to make it work since no one seems to be open on Sundays. Luckily they let me stay. It gave me until 11am tomorrow to figure it out.

Home Depot should have a threaded adapter to go from hose to container, or camping world has portable grey water tanks.

Yeah this is the strictest place I've ever encountered. They actually inspect your setup to make sure you have what they require whether you're using their water or not.

So do they allow tent camping? Last I checked my tent doesn't have water or gray water.
