I have been looking for a SMB for a couple of years, now getting serious. Any thoughts about one I found on craigslist? The information about it is sparse. Thank you for your thoughts and time.

Personally I'm not much if a fan of the Dodge conversions, but it sure looks like it's in good shape and the price seems reasonable.
