I'll keep an eye out for something similar to what you described. Those floor plans don't seem come up as much as the "30" or "50", but you see them from time to time.

BTW - we also originally wanted the set up you guys want with the bench seats in the back, but than we study a lot the side seating and decided that it is not the safest for our kids.
None of the car seats are rated for seating side ways, they are rated only seating forward (or backward). All of that said tons of people doing that in big RV's and we do to, as we have no other choice there, but here we decided to do it forward only

Thanks TBUNCH, I think you are right on with the forward facing seats, and I think we do want an EB since the kids will get bigger and we anticipate bringing cousins/friends along sometimes as well. The extra room will be needed.
