Near Flagstaff

More pics

The closet was opened up to provide a wider lower sleeping bed. The closet now has a upholstered foam pad, and 2 shelves. There are drapes to hide large objects (backpacks, duffel bags, paddles, rifles/shotguns... ect) in the closet when the bed is up.

The 12 volt compressor fridge was replaced with a 3 way (12V DC, 120V AC, propane) fridge. A one burner marine grade propane stove was added in the upper right drawer. Fridge lasts 20 days on full propane tank

The hot water heater was removed, and a custom galvanized box and hatch cover was fabricated that matches propane locks and vents. Needs to be installed. I was going to add a compressor. Water and power still plumbed to rear, a new Suburban water heater could be reinstalled.

The sunshade cracked the sheet metal body, and impeded the opening and closing of the top. The sunshade was removed and the sheet metal is not fixed.

Re: WTS - 2003 4wd E-350 60k miles 7.3L diesel RB -50

Issues we have had/Resolutions to those issues
(in order of importance)

Hubs working intermittently/replaced with same Warn hubs

Hubs working intermittently(again)/replaced with Ford superduty hubs, problem fixed

Oil leak,Hi Pressure "o" ring failure on rear of engine/fixed at Ford

Transfer case popping out of 4dw low/ mud and rocks in linkage, cleaned and lubed linkage

Awning cracked sheet metal mounts on body/ removed awning(gone), cracks in
sheetmetal not fixed

Water heater needed servicing, water heater removed, but water and power still routed to locational(left rear)/ Have custom sheet metal box and custom hatch for opening, or replace with another water heater

Noisy inefficient 12 volt compression fridge/ replaced with 12V DC/120V AC/propane 3 way fridge

Closet coming apart on bad roads/closet reinforced and opened for more long item storage space and larger lower sleeping space.

no stove/right upper drawer under counter-top converts into marine grade single burner stove.

A bad balance in a florescent light which led to AGM coach battery being replaced needlessly(a $700 light bulb!!!)

Interior coming loose on bad dirt roads/many screws, marine grade plywood, and L brackets added

We are pretty firm on the price, it depends on how easy you make the sale for us.

We are not in a hurry and we will still be using it, it just dosent meet all our needs (but... there is no perfect rig).

Thanks,
John and Jen
