What is that thing like on the road? My wife drives the SMB, it's a big plus and she finds it easier than her truck.
"Think about it hon, we can park in a PARKING SPOT!"
"The neighbors won't complain when we visit your parents."¹
"We can park this in a culdesac, a culdesac! We can fit in a culdesac!"
Hard to go with heater and icecream when you're coming from a class A, which is my usual suggested argument. What's your brother think about all this?
¹While technically not true it's still a good aguement.

The coach is not too bad on the road...but my wife doesn't drive it, so it's great for her. She can get up and get a cocktail; walk around and stretch; use the restroom; or nap on the couch or bed...she's spoiled. I wish she could drive it, but she's not a very good driver of cars, so I wouldn't be able to relax with her driving the coach!
We park the coach in front of our house (on a culdesac) all the time, so that would be a non-issue... My neighbors probably don't like the fact that I take up 2.5 spots though.
My brother's been pushing for the SMB for awhile. We hunt and ride dirt bikes together, so it would be easier logistically if I had something that was off-road worthy.
