A whirl wind went through town

http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2015/11/ ... buildings/

Sorry but I gotta laugh when we get what would be considered minor weather in some parts of the country.

Still I had an old school buddy not happy with his fifth wheel trailer one its side or his missing shop building.

Stupid building codes. Everything here has to be built for high winds, heavy snow load and deep frost depth. I can't afford to build anything, but at least my tent won't hurt my SMB if it blows down!

Yeah, little thin metal awnings go flying. They measured winds to 111mph. Only destroyed about 5 houses but sure made a mess. After it was gone it looked like the fair with bunches of people walking around strolling through the neighborhood.

"Great deal on a 5th wheel for sale! I'm ready to upgrade. Minor scratches on left side where I, um, brushed up against some tree limbs. Bring cash, title in hand!"

Eric you can buy a couple nice houses is sunny California where the weather is always fantastic

Still I'd rather have earthquakes than REAL tornadoes like they get in the mid west.
