^^^ agreed. i have a hard time watching them without getting a knot in mah belly. im skurred of heights and what those guys do with no ropes is just nuts. i dunno if its all skill and confidence, or pure stupidity. either way, its damn impressive.

and i dunno why, but i cant view any of the pictures. i assumed it was my crappy home laptop at first, but then tried to look at them from work on a brand new puter and got same results

On a somewhat related note. I saw a guy with a cardboard sign on a corner asking for handouts. It said, "Living in a van. Need money for food and gas." The wife and I looked at each other and said, so are we.

We do some climbing also, but not without ropes. One small mistake or unanticipated event and it's all over. We enjoy climbing and life too much to take that unnecessary risk. Alex seems nice, but not sure he has really thought it through.
