Baby it is cold outside

Power is out.

Cat is out at his request, the fool. Hope he finds a cozy place till morning.

Am in bed with a spare blanket ready. Suppose to be 18F at 6:00 am. Hope the power comes back on before then.

Believe it of not I live in a city.

9º here. High today was 16º

The snow didn't catch me off guard but the temp sure did.

Dang Jage, I just looked at your forecast. Looks like winter wonderland for the next week or so.

It rained in San Diego last night and got down to 55F. We definitely feel your pain

Re: Baby it is cold outside

6 degrees at 6:00 this morning with a chill factor of minus 10. Winter is here in Wyoming. Fortunately, yesterday I traded in my two-wheel drive Suburban and bought me a 2014 4X4 Jeep Grand Cherokee with remote start, heated front and rear seats, heated mirrors and a heated steering wheel. Just the thing for these long Wyoming winters. But I am Suburban-less for the first time in 21 years. I wonder if I will miss the space in the back of my vehicle?

Re: Baby it is cold outside

Mac,

Do you need to write another book to pay for the Jeep?

Re: Baby it is cold outside

Actually I licensed a company to facilitate one of my management training courses using their own trainers. The deal more than covered the cost of the Jeep and all I had to do was write the agreement. What a deal!!!

Re: Baby it is cold outside

Mercury plummeted to 49º in coastal San Luis Obispo County last night. I almost got up and closed the window.
