I’m going with a different brand load range E tires when I replace them. Only problem is – now I have a practically new set.

Yes, I did - a noticeable vibration. In fact, my son was in the back watching a DVD (buckled up, of course, but with a lap belt). I had him come to the front seat and buckle up. It was night and I planned to stop at the next exit to inspect. I had the van in mud recently (in fact you can still see a bit on the rim). I was hoping that I just lost a wheel weight, but suspected that it was a tire. Lesson learned - Slow way down and limp in for inspection if the van begins to vibrate.

Yes, the pressure was 80 psi all around per the door panel sticker. I do have a heavier van and should be running Es.

These tires were on the van when I acquired it. I could tell that this one was rotated from the front from the wear. It was slightly more worn on the inside. I estimated that it had a decent amount of tread/life left, but it was noticeably more used than the other three. In short, no I didn’t know the history.

Thanks, it’ll be back on the road soon, and has seen worse damage. That’s a whole ‘nother story though.
