About the middle of the text block describing the van there's a clickable link to report it, most likely to whomever (whoever? ) administers that website.
I wonder if anyone has feigned interest and tried making contact, perhaps arrange an in-person visit? 'Twould be a shame if this ad were legitimate and someone missed an opportunity of a lifetime. I've sent a message asking to stop by sometime--wonder what that'll produce?

I will watch the TED talk video---some of those can be quite interesting or at minimum entertaining.
If I receive any replies I'll certainly post back here---since yesterday (03/26) I've not heard anything-------yet.

So got a few replies from a Kasia Kiela, to wit, April 1st no less:
Hello there,
I'm sorry for this late reply but I was little busy. I worked up to 15 hours. Thank you for your patience all this while. Let me introduce myself. My name is Kasia Kieli and I am President and Managing Director for Discovery Networks Central. I work overseas with Discovery for the next five months.
The car is still for sale and the price is $29,300. The car is being sold as described, clear title, no mechanical or electrical issues, never damaged in an accident, flood, or fire.
I have arranged for the sale of the vehicle before leaving the states so if you want to find out more details about how we can close up this deal, do not hesitate to contact me and I will respond at my earliest convenience.
Thank you,
Kasia K.
My reply:
Sounds good but where can I see this for myself---perhaps a test drive too?
Thanks Kasia!
J W
She replied once again, a bit terse I gather? April 3rd early AM receipt:
Hello there,
The car belonged to my father who recently passed away. He was the second owner. I had an agreement with a buyer but unfortunately his loan has not been approved and now the car is located at the shipping company transit warehouse from Minneapolis, MN ready to be delivered to its buyer with all the documents ( clear title, two set of keys, manuals, and some services history ). Because of the fact that I am quite busy with my job and unable to travel back to the States, I have decided to hire a company to ship the vehicle and take care of the sale for me. They will protect both of us in this transaction and will take care of the entire sale process from payment, shipping, title transfer service or/and (if needed) returns and refunding. They will keep the money secure until you will receive and inspect the car. You will have 7 days of inspection period. If the car is not like described you will have to ship it back on my expense and they will give you a full refund. This way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it and I know that you have the money and you aren't just fooling around. If you are a serious buyer, I can ship it anywhere in United States with no extra cost for you.
Giving the nature of this transaction please note that my sale terms are final. I don't want to offend you, but the car is priced for a fast sale so please if you intend to trade, apply for a loan or financing it will not work for me!
If you want to move forward please contact me back so we can get the ball rolling.
Best Regards
Kasia K.
She's working hard, poor girl!
So I'll send another reply saying I'm a cash-in-hand buyer but not until/unless I'm able to see and drive the vehicle before that cash changes hand. I'll add I don't know this broker she speaks of which is further not to my liking. I'm all for ball rolling but.............
I should feel guilty but can work through that.

Here's my reply to "her" latest:
Hey again Kasia
I'm all for getting this sale done but sadly I have no contact
information about or for this company you've engaged to help our sale.
Honestly though Minneapolis isn't a problem since I drive long haul
trucks and could arrange an in-person visit where ever the van is not
sitting---I could simply deliver a load close by and visit the van all
at one time.
Thanks again Kasia---looking forward to completing this sale!
