It was pretty much down to studs and rotten 1/2 OSB roof sheathing, so it was flexible. Getting it straight was relatively easy, keeping it there harder. We installed a ton of temporary bracing, and it sprang back a little.. have since installed exterior sheathing on walls, and removed temporary bracing, and it didn't move. So now it's only about 3/4" off true, a big improvement from over 2.5" off when we started.
