Nice, clean stuff. This guy has the right idea. I'd like to see some more complex work, a full build out perhaps.

He's been moving some vans... my question is, is he installing the CCV tops, or is Derek?

I'll bet it's Derek, unless he's getting ALL of Derek's parts. The LED lights, carpet and even style are very CCV.

"Working with Colorado Campervan and designing configurations and features in various vans I have owned and built, I decided to help others whom want something similar and whom needed help in getting it done with their own vans or from scratch. From super simple to complex builds we can help you design or build a campervan for your needs."

He lists his vans on the San Diego CL. On the page that shows vans he has done, it shows a Ford van with CCV high top. Not sure if that was his or a customers, but the person that owned that van posted it for sale here.

I think it's a guy using CCV tops, not anyone from CCV. The guy posts a lot on the promaster forum.

This guy is based in my hometown. I would 99.9% assume that he is just getting the vans done at CCV and then selling them down there for a nice profit. If there ever were a place that would command maximum $$ for a pop-top van, North County, SD is it!
