Changing/Toilet Tent

I'm looking for a changing tent to be used as an outside the van portalet. Wading through thousands of pop-up tent designs I found this:
Beach Cabaina

Only I can't find one similar in the US. Here's what I like:
Pop-up
Has Floor
Good tiedowns
Big Door
Vented

The wet bag floor for changing is nice too, but mostly because it makes the floor nice and solid.

Anyone seen a similar model in the US?

Try these that I have in my bookmarks:

I find Cabelas has high quality equipment that will last a long time however it is usually expensive and heavily constructed. They have this model in the store I recently visited. It has quite a few good reviews on the site.

or alternately

If you have a Joes around you, it has the butane stoves on sale for $14 this week.

I'm looking a lot less "Delux"... I don't want poles and a whole setup to mess with, but I do want the floor.

Here is what we have:

http://www.evergreen-outdoors.net/outba ... _privy.htm

We originally purchased a similar "first generation" model from a different manufacturer which worked fine but this Outback one has some nicer features, especially the removable floor...that makes it much easier to dry it after using it as a shower. It also has exterior towel hangers, etc. The support "poles" system looks similar to the one you mention...

Does it have tie downs? Or just the rock/sand in the pocket?

I have one of the Cabela's. It sets up very fast with one or two integrated poles, stakes down, but takes five or ten minutes to wrestle back into it's flat carrying bag. Total cost $29.95.

It has both although we haven't used the rock pockets.
