Thanks for noticing! Fruita is one of our main getaways and as you can see, the old lady likes curling up underneath in the shade! In fact, I believe that pic is from the Loma trailhead!

Greg- might still make it down for the game but it's a long shot. I need to be in Utah on Wed and back to CO by Thurs. Busy week!

McBeast made it safely to Glendale and is currently sitting quietly in the parking lot with much anticipation for the game tonight.

Good game Greg! Your boy Colt played exceptional. What's with Jessica Simpson hanging out with the family in the stands?

I wasn't very happy last night but I have to admit that I'm pleased the Buckeyes were able to show up for the game and make it one of the better bowl games and the BEST OSU game this season!

That was a fun game.

I am back in Austin, having arrived about 11pm last night.

Colt did play well. ...but man the rust was flying during the first half. 30 to 40 days between games hurts. 42 for 58 is a little light for Colt.

I heard on the radio that the non-college-football-showing FOX play-by-play guys had to use a lot of family shots to fill the down time. Colt does have a pretty girlfriend.

ASIDE : I got close to 15mpg on the trip out there!
