Interesting, roughly $3K - $4K. Like that it has required brake lights, and they mention running lights, but does that include turn signals? Also I would think backup lights would be smart/required since it will block those lights except on the widest vehicles.

Hitch mounted pet prison? I'm not sure the exhaust fumes would be too good for them though.

I'm gonna say Newtonian laws are going to be the end of that idea. The leverage created by the length of it will cause it to exceed most hitch ratings. It's been a fortnight since I took a class but anyone validate?

Edit - I guess in the photos in the site it has a base to rest on. Coffee - kick in soon.

Jeez....that one tiny square window.

Looks a bit too much like an oversized oven to me....would feel a bit nervous closing that door when inside it....

Based on the one image, I was skeptical, but after going to the website, the thing is pretty cool. Telescopes out to an actual room, multiple windows, can double as storage container while traveling, and you can drop it at your campsite.

I don't need one for the van, but the idea is pretty cool especially for a smaller SUV.

It's definitely channeling a bit of the vibe of this VW from 2012.

It seems to me that the tent will be better. It looks ... weird.
